Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Bybot service (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Service description
Bybot is an automated trading bot for DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) strategies on the MEXC and Bybit cryptocurrency exchanges. The Service connects to your exchange account through API keys and performs trading operations according to the parameters you configure.
Bybot is a trading automation tool. The Service is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial intermediary.
2. API key usage terms
To use Bybot, you provide API keys for your MEXC or Bybit account. When creating keys, the following rules must be followed:
- API keys must have trading permissions only. Withdrawal permission is not required and must not be provided.
- We recommend restricting keys by Bybot server IP addresses for additional security.
- You are responsible for correctly configuring access permissions when creating keys.
We store API keys in encrypted form and use them only to perform trading operations on your behalf. Keys are not transferred to third parties.
3. Payment and pricing
Bybot uses a commission-based pricing model: you pay only when there is profit.
- Commission: 20% of realized profit on closed trades.
- Minimum amount: $29 per month when active trading is present.
- Maximum amount: $59 per month regardless of profit volume.
- No profit, no fee. If there is no profit during the billing period, no fee is charged.
The commission is deducted from the internal Bybot balance. The balance can be topped up with cryptocurrency. Detailed information about profit calculation and deductions is available in the user account.
4. Risks and responsibility
Cryptocurrency trading involves a high level of risk. By using Bybot, you accept the following terms:
- The Service is not responsible for losses caused by market movements, volatility, or unfavorable market conditions.
- Past trading results do not guarantee similar results in the future.
- The user is responsible for choosing trading parameters, pairs, and strategies.
- If technical failures occur on the exchange side (MEXC, Bybit) or their APIs are unavailable, Bybot is not responsible for unfilled or missed orders.
The Service’s total liability to the user is limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the previous 30 days.
5. Prohibited use
When using Bybot, it is prohibited to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful operations.
- Take actions intended to bypass technical limits, rules, or terms of use of MEXC or Bybit.
- Transfer access to a Bybot account to third parties without our consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service infrastructure, databases, or other users’ accounts.
- Use Bybot for actions that violate the applicable laws of your country of residence.
6. Termination of use
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting API keys from your account. Active bots will be stopped; open positions on the exchange remain under your control.
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Service without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. If material changes are made, we will notify users by email or through a service notification. Continued use of Bybot after the changes take effect means acceptance of the updated Terms.
