MEXC API Trading Bot

A MEXC API trading bot is software that connects to your MEXC account through API keys and places trades automatically based on rules you set in advance.

Bybot uses this model for spot DCA automation:

  • you connect MEXC API keys with trading permissions only
  • the bot places spot buy and sell orders on your behalf
  • your funds remain on the exchange
  • withdrawal permissions stay disabled

What permissions are needed

For Bybot, the required MEXC API permissions are:

  • View account details
  • View order details
  • Trading

Do not enable withdrawals.

What the bot actually does

The MEXC bot in Bybot does not trade “randomly” or on a fixed timer. It follows a DCA logic:

  1. Open the first buy order on the selected pair
  2. If price drops, place the next buy lower
  3. Reduce the average entry price
  4. Close the full position when target profit is reached

This is why the bot is often searched as a MEXC DCA bot or trading bot for MEXC.

Why traders use an external MEXC API bot

MEXC has its own built-in bots, but third-party bots like Bybot are useful when you want:

  • custom DCA settings
  • flexible averaging steps and multipliers
  • Telegram notifications
  • one interface for both MEXC and Bybit
  • performance-based pricing instead of a large fixed subscription

How to connect it

  1. Create MEXC API keys
  2. Enable trading permissions only
  3. Add the keys in Bybot
  4. Fund your spot wallet
  5. Create the bot and launch the cycle
