How this Binance trading bot works
LONG buys on dips and sells on a small rise
More about the strategy
Bybot is a trading bot for Binance built for spot DCA automation. It buys in parts as price drops, lowers the average entry and closes the whole cycle at your target profit. You connect Binance with a key Bybot generates for you: spot trading only, no withdrawals, no IP whitelist.
The bot opens a first spot buy on the pair you selected, for example SOL/USDT. When price drops by the step you set, it buys again lower, so the average entry price goes down. When the market rebounds to your take-profit level, the bot sells the full position and starts a new cycle.
In SHORT mode the logic is mirrored: the bot sells a coin you already hold on your Binance account as price rises and buys it back lower. Both modes work on the spot market, without leverage or margin.
Example
You launch the bot on SOL/USDT with a $50 first order at $150. SOL drops 2% and the bot buys $75 more. It drops another 2% and the bot adds $100. The average entry is now lower, so once price recovers 1.5% above the average, the bot closes the full amount — before SOL is back at $150.
Why traders use Bybot as a Binance API trading bot
A key without IP whitelist
Bybot generates an Ed25519 key pair and shows you the public key. You register it on Binance as Self-generated — no server IPs to add.
No key expiry
A Self-generated Binance key works until you delete it, so you don’t have to renew it every few months.
DCA and GRID
DCA buys on dips and sells the whole position on a small rise. GRID buys on fixed levels and sells each buy with its own profit.
Your deposit isn’t locked
Only the next averaging order sits on the exchange, not the whole ladder, so the rest of your balance stays free until the bot needs it.
Spot only, LONG and SHORT
The bot trades on the spot market without leverage or futures. LONG buys on dips, SHORT sells a coin you hold on rallies.
Backtest before you launch
Run your settings on up to 365 days of 1-minute history of this exchange without placing real orders and without an API key. 3 runs per day are free.
